KM Coaching is pumped to see the new pitch and keen athletes of Sunraysia HA. The KM Clinic is great for ALL skill levels and caters for ages 10-18. This clinic, led by head coach Todd Kitto will be designed to develop ambitious athletes technical skills and overall game understanding, with a range of skills practiced in highly competitive and match like environments. Take your game to the next level! • Physical Foundations- Speed, Agility, Lateral Movement, Range of Motion and Mobility. • Elimination Skills- 3D, Drags, Spins, Deception, Speed. • Passing and Shooting Skills- Tomahawks, Overheads, Hits, Slaps, Sliders, Flicks • Receiving Skills- Aerial and Bouncy balls, First touch, Mobile and Dynamic • Defending Skills- Low left hand block tackles, poke, shave and Steals, Line of Approach, Intercepting, Tight Marking. • Mental Skills- Training the way we play, Embracing and Learning through Mistakes, Goal Setting, Getting the Best out of your team mates.
