Academy Details: KM Coaching Hockey Academy is specifically designed for focusing on core technical & tactical skills. Athletes will receive individualised feedback from our expert coaches incorporating the current trends in world hockey. Our 2026 Academy block consists of 18 sessions with a holistic focus, exploring what it takes to be a higher performing hockey player, including a Strength and Conditioning training block phase (thanks to our partnership with Riverland Fitness Centre) and improving our Mindset becoming more emotionally intelligent and aware of our training habits with a series of Goal setting and Reflection opportunities. Registrations due Sunday 1st Feb by 5pm** Any late registrations, please contact Todd directly to see if there are any spaces. This program is targeted at ages between 11 and 18. If you or your child is not in this category, and are still interested please email and we can discuss options admin@kmcoaching.com.au Purpose and Expectations The purpose of this training opportunity is for hockey players genuinely wanting to take their hockey to the next level. It is not suitable for a 'come and try' or a social outing. We will be doing comprehensive conditioning sets and be playing competitively. We are aiming for maximum development opportunities in the limited time we have, therefore challenge is essential. It's an expectation that athletes registering are prepared to work hard, embrace mistakes and be open to feedback. Cancelled Sessions will be made up Please note, with conditions currently considerably warm, there is always a slight chance we will need to cancel. However, in most cases, we will endeavor to carry on, simply modifying the session to suit the conditions. For example, on hot days, we will bring water bottles and hats onto the pitch and work on penalty corners or specialty skills. We may use the Riverland Fitness Centre (Berri). If we must cancel, sessions will be made up during the season.
