The KM Clinic is great for ALL skill levels and caters for ages 5-18. Take your game to the next level! • Physical Foundations- Speed, Agility, Lateral Movement, Range of Motion and Mobility. • Elimination Skills- 3D, Drags, Spins, Deception, Speed. • Passing and Shooting Skills- Tomahawks, Overheads, Hits, Slaps, Sliders, Flicks • Receiving Skills- Aerial and Bouncy balls, First touch, Mobile and Dynamic • Defending Skills- Steals, Line of Approach, Intercepting, Tight Marking. • Mental Skills- Training the way we play, Embracing and Learning through Mistakes, Goal Setting, Getting the Best out of your team mates.
